23.2 Dispute Resolution
- Mediation: In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through mediation in KSA.
- Litigation: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of KSA, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
24. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL LAWS
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws in the GCC, EU (GDPR), US, UK, China, and other relevant jurisdictions. We reserve the right to take all actions we deem necessary or appropriate to comply with such laws.
25. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or platforms. 26. TERMINATION
